Carlos Garcia Criminal Defense Attorney

Experience

Carlos has been practicing criminal defense for over 25 years and has handled some of the most high profile cases in Central Texas.  In 2000, Carlos won an acquittal for Keith Jackson, an innocent man accused of capital murder who was facing the death penalty in Caldwell County, Texas.  Two months earlier, in his first death penalty case, he won a life verdict for a person whom no one thought would get life because of all the lives he had taken and of which he had been convicted.  Carlos believes that God saved that man that day.
